This is a little bit of a cheat, because I bought it at the Chelsea Wine Vault, BUT it is sold at Trader Joe's in Seattle, so I am reviewing it as a TJ's wine.
This rose is a crisp, fruity, bubbly American sparkling wine with a hint of a sour finish that is refreshing (I hate cloying sweetness). It went well with dinner, and I see it as a perfect all around sparkling wine. Having a final, well chilled glass with the just out of the oven chocolate souffle was the best part of the meal.
