Honey Moon Viognier *** $5.99

First sip yummy. Second sip a little sharp - but crisp and I have high hopes for dinner.

Menu: Roasted Chicken with Balsamic thyme glaze with Roasted Italian Beans with slivers of red onion and garlic.

I'll update after dinner!

The wine went well with the chicken. A nice balance.

The day after...

I had a bit of wine left over and was going to use it when cooking breakfast - but I was taken out to Brunch. So, for a light dinner, I made a toasted ham & cheese sandwich and poured a glass of Honey Moon.

The wine has a bite to it, which was an interesting contrast to the buttery, crispy sandwich - of course now I am craving a salad....

Over all - nice wine - I'm not floored by it.
